2024 SDSOS Annual Meeting

Conference will start Friday, August 2nd around 4pm central time and end Saturday, August 3rd at 4:00pm central time.
The Signature Lodge is reserved specifically for our group. Room Reservations will be handled through the SDSOS office. Rooms are priced at $175 per night (plus tax and fees, paid to The Lodge at check-in). You may reserve your room by calling or emailing Keri Talcott. Reservations will need to be made by July 15th. Reservations after July 15th will be made based on availability.
Annual Meeting Registration fees are as follows:
Annual Only Registration $150 – Includes meeting registration and all meals at The Lodge from Friday evening – Saturday lunch for Attendee. Rooms will be paid directly to The Lodge upon check-in.
Attendee Only Registration 2-night stay, additional meal costs $155 (This option is required if you are planning to stay at The Lodge Friday – Sunday, and covers the cost of meals that SDSOS will pay to the Lodge for Saturday evening – Sunday morning.)
Spouse/Guest 1 night add-on $205 (This covers the cost of meals that SDSOS will pay to The Lodge. This includes the addiotnal meal cost for Checking in Friday, Checking out Saturday for your significant other.)
Spouse/Guest 2 night add-on $360 (This covers the cost of meals that SDSOS will pay to The Lodge. This includes the addiotnal meal cost for Checking in Friday, Checking out Sunday for your significant other.)
